After You Apply - Complete These Three Steps
1) Submit Copy of your Driver's License
You just need a valid driver's license and insurance.
No matter how you deliver, you'll need to submit a copy of your Drivers License and W9. Since you're delivering by car, you must be at least 19 years old, have a 2-door or 4-door car, and have a valid driver's license in your name
2) Submit Copy of your W9 form with Your Information.
The contractor fills out the W-9 form
to provide information to the business they work with, and that business later reports the contractor's yearly earnings on the 1099 form.
