What if your driver never shows up?
That’s never happened before, but if it happens FoodFast Delivery Partners will cover the food cost and also will give a credit the customer for the same amount.
How long have you been in business?
Started 2013 We are already 11 years in the Food Delivery Business.
What is the Commission % you charge the Restaurants?
It can be anywhere from 0% to 15% depending on the arrangement the restaurant has with us. However we guarantee that Our Fee + GrubHub, Doordash etc. fees combined will always be less than what you are currently paying to those companies.
Do you have enough drivers?
We Have Thousands of Drivers across the United States.

What if the food is delivered late?
If the food is delivered late and the order is canceled The Restaurant will receive cancelation email with the reason why the order was cancelled. If the reason is Our Driver, we will cover 100% of the food cost. *GrubHub only covers up to70%
Does the Restaurant need to call when there is an order for delivery?
No, nothing changes for the restaurant so they only need to prepare the food. We take care of the rest. We receive every delivery order from food ordering platform at the same time as you do. So a few minutes after the order is received, our driver will be at the restaurant to pick up the food.
